Vibrant Group Limited Provides Earnings Guidance for the Half Year Ended 31 October 2023

The Board of Directors of Vibrant Group Limited announced that after preliminary assessment of the Group's draft unaudited financial results for the half year ended 31 October 2023, the Board would like to advise the shareholders that the Group is expected to record a loss for 1H2024. The loss for 1H2024 is mainly attributed to lower revenue as a result of the challenging market environment and fair value loss on equity investments.
