INCREASE IN REGISTERED SHARE CAPITAL OF A SUBSIDIARY

Vibrant Group Limited (the "Company" together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its 60-40 joint venture company, DP-Master-Vibrant (Jiangyin) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd
(江阴德玛斯特辉联房地产开发有限公司) ("Master Real Estate") held by its 60%-owned subsidiary,
Vibrant Properties Pte. Ltd., has increased its registered share capital from RMB100 million to RMB200 million, to be subscribed by the shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholding. The Group has an effective stake of 36% in Master Real Estate.
The subscription of shares in Master Real Estate will be funded internally and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
