二○一五年四月十四日，香港 --就融創中國控股有限公司主席孫宏斌先生向本集團 主席吳光正先生發出道歉信，並於昨晚 (四月十三日) 在微博向本集團及主席吳光正先 生公開道歉，收回他今年三月二十四日在香港舉行的融創中國全年業績發布會上對九 龍倉集團有限公司的批評，本集團現決定終止早前對孫先生及融創中國控股有限公司 所採取的法律行動。

Press Statement April 14, 2015, Hong Kong -- Having considered the apology letter received from Mr. Sun Hongbin of Sunac China Holdings Limited to Mr. Peter Woo, Chairman of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited concerning the criticisms Mr. Sun made against the Wharf Group at Sunac China's 2014

Annual Results Announcement Press Conference held in Hong Kong on March 24, 2015, as well as the public apology from Mr. Sun to the Wharf Group and Mr. Woo via his Weibo platform on the night of April 13, 2015, the Wharf Group has decided to discontinue the legal actions initiated earlier against Mr. Sun and Sunac China Holdings Limited.
