Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 August 2017 (the "Announcement") and 25 August 2017 issued by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") in relation to, among others, the Initial Distribution in Specie. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that, on 7 September 2017, the certificates in relation to the Relevant i-CABLE Shares distributed pursuant to the Initial Distribution in Specie have been despatched to Wharf Qualifying Shareholders and the Initial Distribution in Specie has been completed.
