WILLDAN GROUP, INC. 
By The Norwalk City Council has hired Willdan Energy Solutions to work with Southern California Edison to prepare a California Energy Efficient Strategic Plan, said Deputy City Manager Gary DiCorpo in a written report to the council Jan 7, 2014.
The strategic plan is complex and requires preparation of many forms and documents, DiCorpo said. He said the plan would identify electrical usage in all municipal buildings and come up with ways to use electricity more efficiently.Norwalk seeks ways to cut energy costs)
