Organizational Change in the Human Resources & General Affairs Center

In order to facilitate the full-scale creation of global human resources, the human resource development and global human resource functions have been made independent from the Human Resources Division of the Human Resources & General Affairs Center, and reorganized as the 'Global Human Resources Development Division'.

Organizational Change in the Component Section of the Engine Unit

Aiming to increase the competitiveness of engine development, the 'Digital Engineering Division' has been established within the Component Section of the Engine Unit. The objective is to increase engine development speed by significantly reducing the lead time for design, trial manufacturing, and metal mold preparation through process improvements etc.

Organizational Change in the IM Business Unit of the Vehicle & Solution Business Operations

To enable advanced development and element development to be conducted more steadily and effectively, the SMT Engineering Division of the IM Business Unit has been divided into the '1st SMT Engineering Division', which will conduct advanced and element development, and the '2nd SMT Engineering Division', which will conduct market applicability and product development.
