The Delisting is expected to take effect on 3 March 2017.

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 20 January 2016 and 29 November 2016 (the "Announcements") in relation to the Company's proposal regarding voluntary delisting of its Shares from the SGX-ST. Terms defined in the Announcements have the same meanings when used herein.

The Company wishes to announce that an application has been made for the suspension of trading in Shares on the SGX-ST with effect from 9 a.m. (Singapore time) on Friday, 24 February 2017. Accordingly, the last day of trading in Shares on the SGX-ST is Thursday, 23 February 2017.

Save for the above, there are no changes to the indicative delisting timetable. The last day for CDP Depositors to submit the Transfer Request to CDP is no later than 10

a.m. (Singapore time) on Monday, 27 February 2017 and the Delisting Date is expected to occur on Friday, 3 March 2017.
