First Quarterly Report 2016‌‌‌

The board of directors (the "Board of Directors") of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd.* (the "Company") announces the unaudited results (the "First Quarterly Report") of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group") for the 3 months ended 31 March 2016 (the "reporting period"), which have been prepared in accordance with the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and the related laws and regulations.‌

This report is published in both Chinese and English. In the case of any discrepancies, the Chinese version of this report shall prevail over its English version.

In this report, unless otherwise stated, monetary units are denominated in Renminbi ("RMB").
