Dry Mixed Mortar Division Ushers in Key Year for Industrialization

To promote its goal of achieving industrialization of dry mixed mortar production, build consensus and further stimulate employee morale, staff of Zoomlion's dry mixed mortar division recently held a "kick-start" meeting for 2015 titled "New Start, New Journey." 
In 2014, the quality of dry mixed mortar equipment was enhanced in every respect, including design, technology, quality, installation and maintenance; the integration of technology from German company M-tec helped Zoomlion develop the MTA3000 high-quality platform product; and the company began to produce a large number of self-made components for dry mixed mortar equipment that effectively embodied the R&D strength and technological level of Zoomlion's dry mixed mortar products and are steadily enhancing and leading the development of the industry. 
Zoomlion's current line of dry mixed mortar products includes six international-standard technologies and products that incorporate M-tec production line process design. In terms of mortar production line system solutions, Zoomlion has brought out the MTA3000 and the FLL60B dry mixed mortar systems and achieved industry advantages in the areas of production line process design and system integration capabilities, core equipment, logistical equipment, construction equipment and mortar product technology service capabilities. 
At the meeting, it was pointed out that 2015 is a key year in Zoomlion's industrialization of dry mixed mortar production. The dry mixed mortar division is once again exerting itself to further enhance technical strength, deepen integration of M-tec technology, expand key varieties and quantities of self-made key components, improve the processes and quality of dry mixed mortar components and increase efforts to promote dry mixed mortar construction in order to achieve its goal of industrializing dry mixed mortar production.
