Recently, one concrete pump truck with a 33-meter jib and two with 36-meter jibs were successfully delivered to Belgium by Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company. This order signals a breakthrough by Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company in another high-end market in Western Europe.


Belgium is a high-end construction machinery market in Western Europe located close to the two major industrial powers of France and Germany. Belgium's concrete machinery market has long been monopolized by the traditional European brands, making it almost impossible for second-tier and Asian brands to gain a foothold. During a BMW exhibition, a leading Belgian pumping company made detailed inquiries regarding a Zoomlion concrete pump truck with a 36-meter jib, but did not place an order due to doubts about the quality of Asian construction machinery. In order to dispel any doubts the Belgian customer had about Zoomlion truck-mounted pumps, the Concrete Machinery Company's Belgian marketing team invited the customer to a job site in Frankfurt to see a Zoomlion truck-mounted concrete pump with a 33-meter jib in use. The concrete pump's outstanding performance surprised the customer, who was full of praise for the machine: "We are pleasantly surprised by the Zoomlion pump truck. We have always used European brands and don't know much about Chinese-made products. Following our initial contact with Zoomlion products, Chinese construction machinery seems to be very powerful."


The three truck-mounted pumps have already arrived in Belgium and are being used on the customer's job site. The pumps are performing pumping operations for the entire site, and the quality of the machinery has been recognized by both the customer and the operator. The customer has stated that, compared to the brands they used in the past, Zoomlion's product has greater pumping power, and its efficiency has helped to speed up the construction process.
