Bruce D. Broussard (born 1963) is a businessman in the healthcare industry. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and President at Humana Inc.

He was President, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Chairman and CEO of US Oncology Holdings Inc. at different times. He was also President of US Oncology Research Inc., Executive Vice President, Pharmaceutical Services, CFO, Treasurer, Principal Accounting Officer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of US Oncology Inc., President and Head of Investor Relations of US Oncology. At US Oncology, Broussard was in charge of the firm’s development, marketing and growth.
At HarborDental, Bruce Broussard was CEO. Prior to that, he held a variety of roles at Regency Health Services, including Executive VP and CFO. He was also CFO at Sun Healthcare Group and VP and Treasurer at Continental Medical Systems Inc.
Current positions
As well as his work at Humana Inc., today, Bruce Broussard is a Director of US Oncology Holdings, Inc., and the Healthcare Distribution Management Association. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable and the Board of Directors of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Broussard is also on AHIP’s Executive Committee.
Education
Broussard is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelor of Business Arts from Texas A&M and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
