Mr. Adam B.
Joffe, CFA MBA, is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at The Boston Company Asset Management LLC.
He is a shareholder of the firm, a member of the firm's Board of Managers, and serves as chairman of firm's Management, Product and Investment Committees, among others.
He has over 25 years of industry experience.
He joined as director of alternatives and chief administrative officer and was promoted to chief operating officer in 2014.
Adam was named chairman and chief executive officer in 2017.
He has over 5 years of experience with the firm and over 24 years with in industry.
Prior to joining The Boston Company Asset Management in 2012, Mr. Joffe was senior vice president and chief financial officer at First Eagle Investment Management.
In that role, he was responsible for all financial aspects of the firm, board and regulatory reporting and new product development.
Previously, he spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank.
His most recent position was COO of Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds and head of U.S.
Business Management.
He was a member of the Hedge Fund Investment Oversight Committee, the Hedge Fund Infrastructure Committee, the Fund of Funds Operational Due Diligence Committee and several others.
Prior to this, he was controller and chief financial officer of Bolger and O'Hearn Inc., a textile chemical manufacturer.
Previously, he was a senior accountant at Rooney, Plotkin and Willey LLC, a CPA firm.
He earned a bachelor's degree in finance and an M.B.A.
in accounting from Bryant University.
Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute.
He was a CPA in the state of Rhode Island.
