Before joining PMG, Allison was Vice President and General Counsel of Clark Enterprises, a diversified investment company and family office with AUM of nearly $2bn, which concentrated its investment activities in real estate, capital markets, private equity, and other investments.
She was formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at SCI Ventures, an early-stage venture capital investment firm focused on the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.
Early in her legal career, she was a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at DLA Piper.
Allison earned her Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and her J.D.
from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
