He spent the early part of his career in the health care sector, including operational and business development roles at Oxford Health Plans and Continental Health Affiliates.
Mr. Cooper received a B.A.
in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University, and an M.B.A.
from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
