Andrew Himel

Prior to joining Kilmer Brownfield, Mr. Himel was Finance Manager at Sony Berlin GmbH, the company responsible for the development of $1 billion Sony Center at Potsdamer Platz, one of Europe's largest reclamation projects.
Other positions held include Director of New Technologies at Cinemaxx GmbH, a multiplex theatre operator, Associate at Berenberg Consult GmbH, a German private bank, and Associate at First Funding Corporation, a boutique investment bank.
Mr. Himel holds a B.Sc.
from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
He is also a chartered property finance and investment surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
