Andrew McCarthy

Immediately prior to his current position with MidOcean Partners, Mr. McCarthy worked at J.P.
Morgan Securities Inc. in the Financial Sponsor Group where he focused on financial sponsor transactions in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining the Financial Sponsor Group, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at J.P.
Morgan in their London office.
Mr. McCarthy received a B.A.
in Economics from Trinity College.
He also studied at London School of Economics.
