Prior to joining Merriman Curhan Ford & Co., Ms. Colt was a Financial Analyst in the Restructuring Group at UBS Warburg in San Francisco.
At UBS, Ms. Colt completed a number of transactions, including a $114 million out-of-court exchange offer and a $515 million pre-negotiated plan of reorganization.
In addition, she worked on financial restructurings and acquisitions totaling over $20 billion in consideration.
Ms. Colt holds a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley.
