Bridge Energy AS is a Norwegian registered E&P company with focus on the remaining exploration potential on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The management and staff have experience from 30 years activity in Norway and from prominent international oil and gas provinces. The company was formed in 2005 and capitalised in June 2006. The capital base is mainly through Lime Rock Partners, an international private equity fund. Bridge Energy was qualified as licensee in Norway late 2006 and is in the process of being qualified as NCS operator. The company's ambition is to contribute significantly to proving and developing the large remaining potential on the NCS. The Group's principal activity is to acquire seismic data on behalf of its clients and operates within the oil service industry. The Group operates streamer vessels within both high-end 2D and 3D. During 2008 and 2009 the Group will launch three new purpose-built 3D vessels with up to 10 streamers capacity. The Group offers full processing onboard its vessels. The Group operates globally.

Farstad Shipping ASA engages in the operation of off-shore service vessels. It operates through the following segments: North-West Europe, Brazil, Asia Pacific, and Others. In addition to regions, the Group has internal reporting based on the following products: Platform Supply Vessel services (PSV), Anchor-Handling Tug Supply vessel services (AHTS) and Subsea services (SUBSEA). The Platform Supply Vessels Services transports supplies and equipment to and from offshore installations. The Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessel Services covers offshore supply vessels that provide anchor handling and and towing offshore platforms, barges, and production modules/vessels. The Subsea Services includes customized vessels designed for ­operations at great depths, installa­tion, and maintenance of the ­seabed facilities.
