BlackRock Pennsylvania Strategic Municipal Trust is a closed-end investment trust. Its investment objective is to provide current income which is exempt from regular federal and Pennsylvania income taxes and to invest in municipal bonds that over time will perform better than the broader Pennsylvania municipal bond market. BlackRock Pennsylvania Strategic Municipal Trust was founded on June 30, 1999 and is headquartered in Wilmington, DE.
