Darren Patrick Ruane

Ruane is a Head of Fixed Interest at Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd.
He lead the fixed income investment team and contribute to a number of the key investment committees including Global Investment Strategy Group, Asset Allocation and Investment Committee.
He work with many of the largest institutional clients of the business including insurance companies, pension funds, corporates, charities and high net worth individuals.
Mr. Ruane joined the City in 1996 to work for an institutional charity and pension fund manager, focusing on fixed interest and money market mandates.
Following a brief sabbatical in 2005, he worked for GMAC, the US financial services company, trading portfolios of mortgage loans in the Residential Mortgage Backed Securities market, before joining Rensburg Sheppards (now Investec Wealth & Investment) in 2008.
