Ms. Domenica E.
Noronha, CFA, is an Executive Director of Investments & Research at Lorinvest Gestão de Recursos Ltda.
She is responsible for evaluating and structuring new businesses, coordinating research teams, and outlining financial evaluations and investments of multiple projects.
She sits in the Board of Directors of some investee companies and has joined the group in 2021.

There, she performed various roles, such as research and support for external funding.
During this period, she was a member of the fiscal councils of large companies, such as Oi, Usiminas, Bradespar, Light and Embratel.
She worked at Banco Morgan Stanley from 1999 to 2010, in New York and São Paulo.
She was the executive director responsible for executing capital markets for Latin America.
She graduated with honors in Finance and International Business with a minor in Economics from Georgetown University.
