Mr. Edward Khongor is Accounting Manager at Penn Capital Management, Inc. He joined PENN Capital Management in December 2003.
Prior to that, he served as a treasurer for the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia.
Mr. Khongor received a BBA in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Finance and Economics of Mongolia and an MBA from Wilmington University.
