Edward Michael McHugh

Mr. Edward M.
McHugh, CFA, is Assistant Portfolio Manager at RK Capital Management LLC.
Since joining the RK Capital Management in June 2005.
In 1999, Mr. McHugh joined Founders Asset Management, LLC, in Denver, CO where he held the following positions until leaving the firm in 2005.
From 2003 to 2005, he served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager on the Dreyfus Premier Enterprise Fund.
From 1999 to 2003, he served as both Senior Equity Analyst and Equity Analyst.
From 1997 to 1999, he was Portfolio Manager, Equity Analyst and Options Trader at Colorado Public Employees Retirement Association, Denver, CO.
From 1995 to 1997, he was an Associate Counsel in the litigation practice of Rivkin, Radler & Kremer in Uniondale, NY and from 1994 to 1995, he served as Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable John A.
McLaughlin of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. McHugh became a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder in 2000.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1991 from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor in 1994 from Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations in 1995.
