Erste Asset Management GmbH (Erste AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Erste Bank Beteiligungen GmbH, itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Erste Group Bank AG (VIE: EBS) in Austria. The firm was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Vienna. Erste AM offers a broad spectrum of high-quality investment funds and asset management solutions for their institutional investors. They are also responsible for all the asset management activities within Erste Group.

Erste-Invest doo (Erste-Invest) is the Austrian investment management subsidiary of Erste Asset Management GmbH, itself a subsidiary of Erste Group Bank AG (VSE: EBS, ADR: EBKDY) in Austria. Based in Vienna, the firm was established in 1996 when Erste KAG and SparInvesta KAG merged. Erste-Invest manages mutual funds and institutional funds including a series of SRI portfolios, the ESPA Vinis funds. Erste-Invest cooperates with a range of European fund managers such as Alliance Capital Management, European Investors, Henderson, and Sal Oppenheim.

Pioneer Investments Austria GmbH (PIA) is the Austrian asset management arm of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by Rue de la Boetie's Credit Agricole SA (XP: ACA; ADR; CRARY) in France. The firm dates to 1956 when Creditanstalt established Österreichische Investment Gesellschaft, which merged with Bank Austria’s investment company in 1998 and became Pioneer Investments Austria in 2006. PIA is headquartered in Vienna and manages mutual funds, pension funds and funds of funds for institutional clients and private individuals. They are a socially responsible investor and signatory to the UN Nation Principles for Responsible Investment and aim to create sustainable value for their clients, employees, local communities and shareholders.
