Glenn Blumenthal

Glenn Blumenthal has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the American Financial Realty Trust since April 1, 2005 and a Trustee since May 23, 2002.
He had been Senior Vice President-Asset Management and Chief Operating Officer of the American Financial Realty Trust since September 2002.
From April 1999 to September 2002, Mr. Blumenthal was Senior Vice President of American Financial Resources Group, Inc., which he founded in 1995.
From 1992 to April 1999, he was Vice President of First Union National Bank and worked at Resolution Trust Corporation from 1988 to 1992.
