Guo Qing Zhang

Guo Qing Zhang worked as a Deputy Director at the National Council for Social Security Fund and as a Non-Executive Director at China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd.
Prior to that, he was an Associate Professor at Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Member-Supervisory Board at CECEP Wind-Power Corp.
Zhang received his undergraduate degree from Zhengzhou University in 1987 and his graduate degree from the same university in 1990.
He also received a graduate degree from China University of Political Science & Law in 2003 and an undergraduate degree from Nanchang University.
