Hoekstra Rob

Rob joined the NewGate team as a Partner in 2019.
Rob’s legal and business background make him an ideal addition to the firm.
He has dedicated his entire legal career to litigating civil cases, which has taught him the art of negotiating and client advocacy.
Shortly after starting his legal career, Rob began to grow and manage a diverse investment portfolio, made up primarily of commercial real estate, land, and citrus groves.
In 2016, Rob started his own law practice, allowing him to synergize his business and legal acumen.
While growing his law practice, Rob continued to deepen his portfolio, by successfully investing in start-ups and broadening his real estate portfolio.
While in law school, Rob married his high-school sweetheart, Lindsay Hoekstra.
In his free time, Rob enjoys playing tennis, serving as an amateur chef and BBQ pitmaster, and cheering on the Orlando Magic and Florida State Seminoles.
