Ian Rice

Along with his position with VSS, Mr. Rice was a Director at Spencer Capital Advisors, where he was engaged by a major media conglomerate to execute special projects and assist in evaluating new investments.
Prior to attending business school, Mr. Rice worked at Gleacher Partners as part of a team that originated, executed, and monitored private equity and debt investments for the firm's mezzanine fund.
As an investor, he participated at the Board level in several companies.
Previously, he worked in J.P.
Morgan's Industrials and M&A groups in the New York and Sydney offices.
Mr. Rice is a Director of the New York Private Equity Network.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore, and an A.B.
from Harvard College, where he concentrated in Government, with German and Economics as related fields.
