Jae-Hak Kim

Jae-Hak Kim is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of HIGEN Motor Co., Ltd.
and the Chairman of Korea Motion Control Association.
He is also a Vice Chairman of Korea Engineers Club and Korea Plant Industries Association.
Additionally, he serves as a Director of Korea Management Association, Seoul National University Alumni, and The National Academy of Engineering of Korea.
He is a Full Member of The National Academy of Engineering of Korea.
Furthermore, he is an Auditor of Korea Association of Machinery Industry and Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association.
In the past, Dr. Kim served as the President, CEO & Representative Director of HYOSUNG Corp.
and COO, Representative Director & EVP of Doosan Enerbility Co., Ltd.
He was also a Director & Executive Managing Director of Korea Heavy Industries & Construction Co. and a Director, EVP & Head-Overseas Business Division of POSCO Eco & Challenge Co., Ltd.
Additionally, he was a Task Manager-China & Mongolia Department of The World Bank.
He was a Vice Chairman of Korea New & Renewable Energy Association.
He also served as an Auditor of Ilshin Spinning Co., Ltd.
Dr. Kim received his graduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his undergraduate degree from Seoul National University, his doctorate degree from the University of California, and his MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
