James M. Rensen

Prior to joining Perseus, Mr. Rensen worked for several years in both public and corporate accounting capacities.
His most recent experience was as a Senior Accountant in the Joint Venture Department of HMS Host, where his primary responsibilities included managing partner relationships, reviewing financial statement packages, and improving processes.
Mr. Rensen holds a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Virginia-licensed CPA.
He is also a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs.
