GLA offers customized investment advisory services to individual and institutional clients. In addition, the firm serves as adviser to mutual funds and is the General Partner to a Private Fund. The firm was founded in 1962 and formerly known as Rothschild Asset Management, Inc. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Great Lakes Advisors LLC and their ultimate parent is Wintrust Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: WTFC). R&Co provides investment advisory and sub-advisory services on a discretionary basis to a broad range of clients. They also provide non-discretionary investment advice to various wrap model delivery managed account programs.

PineBridge Investments LLC (PBI) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 2010 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinebridge Investments Holdings (US) LLC, ultimately held by Chiltonlink Ltd. in British Virgin Islands. PBI provides investment management/advisory services to US registered investment companies, privately offered pooled investment vehicles (which includes CLOs) and separate advisory accounts for sophisticated institutional and individual clients.
