Mr. Jim E.
Howard is Operating Advisor at Ennovance Capital.
He is responsible for sourcing deals, providing critical insights on competitive market dynamics, and advising on sales and marketing strategy across our portfolio.
Prior to joining Ennovance, Mr. Howard led a number of business in the chemical industry as President of Columbian Chemical Company, a global provider of high-quality carbon black additives and specialty chemical products and a Vice President and General Manager of Solutia, Inc. (formerly Monsanto Chemical Company).
A Senior Executive with over 25 years leading large public and smaller, privately held companies, his industry experience covers a broad range of chemical verticals including plastics, rubber, fibers, resins, coatings, specialty and commodity chemicals, building and fabricated products.
His experience in mergers and acquisitions (with both public companies and PE firms), business turnarounds, and strategy development, enable him to develop opportunities for organic growth as well as strategic acquisitions, plus capitalize on internal opportunities without sacrificing competitive advantage.
Mr. Howard holds a B.S.
in Chemistry and a M.S.
degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.
