Jim E. Shamas

Jim E.
Shamas was elected to Board of Directors in December 2001.
He served as a director of Pacific Energy Group LLC from August 2001 to March 2002 and as a representative on the Pacific Pipeline System LLC Members Committee from May 1999 to April 2002.
From September 1994 until his retirement in December 1998, Mr. Shamas was President of Rooney Engineering, Inc. and Interwest Group, Inc. Mr. Shamas has served as a director of Rooney Engineering, Inc. since September 1994.
Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Texaco Trading and Transportation Inc. from August 1984 to August 1994.
From May 1982 until August 1984, Mr. Shamas served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Getty Trading and Transportation and Vice President of Getty Oil Company.
Mr. Shamas serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit, Conflicts and Nominating and Governance Committees.
