Joan Thompson

As a Vice President in the Healthcare vertical, Joan builds relationships with management, develops investment theses and manages internal and external due diligence.
She works across a variety of Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs), such as Consumer Healthcare, Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) and Home-Based Care.
Joan is also a member of both THL’s Social Impact Committee and Associate Recruiting Team.
Before joining the THL team, she worked at Cressey & Company as an Associate and Barclays as a Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group.
In her free time, Joan enjoys swimming, following Olympic sports and searching for Boston’s best cappuccino.
