Mr. Hennessy received his Masters of Science degree in management in 1988 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnical Institute in 1978 and his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Physics from Kenyon College in 1977.
Mr. Hennessy is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, where he serves on the Executive Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee.
