Brompton VIP Income Fund is a closed-end investment trust created under the laws of the Province of Ontario on October 25, 2001, pursuant to an amended and restated declaration of trust. Computershare Trust Company of Canada is the Trustee and Brompton Funds Management Limited (the “Manager”) is responsible for managing the affairs of the Fund. MFC Global Investment Management, a subsidiary of Manulife Financial Corp., manages the Fund’s portfolio. RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust is the custodian of the Fund’s assets and prepares the weekly valuations of the Fund. The Fund is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and commenced operations on February 19, 2002.

Brompton Oil & Gas Income Fund is a closed-end investment trust. The Fund invests in actively managed portfolio of oil and gas securities, including but not limited to income trusts, dividend paying common equities and convertible debt of Oil and Gas Issuers. In addition, the Fund may invest in special situations, being non dividend paying equities, subject to the Investment Restrictions. The company was founded on September 28, 2004 and is headquartered in Toronto, ON.
