Kazushige Kobayashi

Kazushige Kobayashi joined Rhône as a Senior Advisor for Asia in May 2020.
Prior to joining Rhône, he was Managing Director and Head of Investment Management Asia at Capital Dynamics, where he oversaw the firm’s Tokyo and Hong Kong offices and was a member of the executive committee and global private equity investment committee.
Prior to this, Mr. Kobayashi was President and Chief Executive of Alternative Investment Capital Ltd (AI Capital), an investment advisory firm in private equity investments, where he invested in more than 100 private equity funds globally and established a worldwide network of general partners.
