Ken Kilgour

Ken Kilgour was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Risk Management for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in 2007 and joined the company in 1982.
From 1982 to 1989, he worked at the Corporate Banking and Project Finance Groups of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
Mr. Kilgour joined CIBC Wood Gundy Capital in 1989 and was the Head-Merchant Banking until 1996.
He was appointed Executive Vice President of CIBC's Treasury, Balance Sheet and Risk Management Team in 2002.
Mr. Kilgour was an Engineer of Corning Glass of Canada and the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto.
He is a Professional Engineer and received a BS degree in Applied Science from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
