Khalid Ziane has been Deputy Managing Director of CDG Invest since February 2019 and Managing Director of the Fipar-Holding fund.
Khalid Ziane began his professional career in 1997 within the BMCE Group, respectively financial analyst within Maroc Inter-Titres (BMCE Capital Bourse), Corporate Manager within BMCE CAPITAL, then Investment Manager within one of the first private equity funds in Morocco.
In February 2004, he joined the CDG group.
In particular, he contributed to the takeover by the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion of the investment company Fipar-Holding and to the development and implementation of its new investment strategy.
In September 2004, he was appointed Investment Director of Fipar-Holding, then Deputy Managing Director since September 2009 and Managing Director since February 2017.
Khalid Ziane holds directorships, chairs and is a member of ad hoc committees in several portfolio companies.
A graduate of Sup de Co Reims, khalid Ziane also obtained during his professional career, accreditation from the French Society of Financial Analysts, a double DESS in French and Moroccan business law from the University Pierre Mendès France (Grenoble) / IMADE (Casablanca) and a Certificate of Company Directors from IMA-UIR.
