Kirsten A. Mello

Kirsten joined Menlo in 1999, and became the firm’s Chief Financial Officer in 2008.
As Menlo’s CFO, she focuses on the operations of the firm, including financial reporting, accounting, investor relations, information technology, legal, compliance, human resources, facilities, and other administrative functions.
Prior to joining Menlo, Kirsten worked for Ernst and Young, LLP in the Audit and Assurance Business Services Department, serving a variety of high technology clients from small private to large public companies in Silicon Valley.
Kirsten has served on the Board of Directors for the West Coast Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, and is involved with the National Venture Capital Association’s CFO Taskforce.
She is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a BS in finance from Santa Clara University.
