Mariani was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing & Admissions Officer of Career Education Corp.
from October 2007 to June 2009.
From December 2001 to October 2007, he was Vice President of General Management, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Business for AT&T Consumer Services.
Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Mariani held various senior positions in general management, operations, marketing, business development and strategy at Bank of America, AIG, GE Capital and McKinsey & Co. He began his career at General Electric and held various positions in business marketing and sales management, sourcing and operations for over 7 years.
He received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Harvard University.
