Pendley is Managing Member at 8th Street Investments LLC.
She works with clients to assess their financial needs and offer a plan to achieve their unique goals.
She approaches the financial planning process in a thoughtful and common sense manner because she knows that financial decision-making and plan implementation can be daunting.
Prior to founding 8th Street Investments in October 2008, Ms. Pendley was a Senior Financial Planner with U.S.
Trust Company who developed tailored wealth management programs and financial planning strategies for high net worth individuals.
Also while at U.S.
Trust, she served as Senior Vice President and legal counsel for U.S.
Trust’s Special Fiduciary Services Division for over six years, specializing in employee benefits and ERISA fiduciary law.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago in 1998.
She received her JD from DePaul University College of Law in 1996.
In 1999, she received her LLM in Taxation and Certificate in Employee Benefits Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
She became a Certified Financial Planner and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (National Capital Area).
