Marilou Moursund

Ms. Marilou Moursund, CFA MBA, is a Co-Chief Executive Officer & Manager at Crossvault Capital Management LLC.
She has over 38 years of investment experience.
Before forming Crossvault Capital Management, LLC, she was a portfolio manager for thirteen years at Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc., a registered investment advisor with over $1.5 billion in assets under management.
Ms. Moursund had direct responsibility for portfolio management, research, fixed income portfolio management and client service.
Prior to her affiliation with Austin, Calvert & Flavin, Inc., Ms. Moursund was as Assistant Vice President and Investment Manager at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of San Antonio where she was responsible for the management of a $120 million portfolio of money market instruments, fixed-income securities, and mortgage-backed securities.
She is a past president of The San Antonio Society of Financial Analysts.
She has served on the boards of the San Antonio Academy, The Battle of Flowers Association, The Christ Episcopal Church Endowment, the Baumberger Endowment, and Alamo Title Company.
Ms. Moursund graduated summa cum laude and with Special Honors from the Plan II program at The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
She received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
She is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
