Mark Bande is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations of KPS Capital Partners.
KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $14.4 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2022) focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing.
Prior to joining KPS in 2023, Mr. Bande was interim Vice President of Operations for KPS portfolio company Briggs & Stratton and was a key consultant for KPS.
Prior to Briggs & Stratton, he was a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon and an Assistant Plant Director at General Motors.
Mr. Bande holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
