CFAO Ghana Ltd. imports and distributes motor vehicles and pharmaceutical products. It engages in general merchandizing of consumer goods and equipment as well as marketing of motor vehicles. It also provides certain logistical, industrial and technological services. It is an authorized distributor of Bridgestone in Ghana. It operates through three divisions: CFAO Automotive, Eurapharma and CFAO Industries Equipment & Services. The CFAO Automotive division imports and distributes passenger and commercial vehicles in Africa (excluding South Africa) and the French Overseas Territories. It buys, stocks, imports and distributes vehicles produced by more than twenty automobile manufacturers. The CFAO Automotive division offers a wide range of services, including after-sale services, the sale of replacement parts and tires and long-term and short-term car rentals. The Eurapharma division imports and distributes pharmaceutical products in Africa and in the French Overseas. The CFAO Industries Equipment & Services division covers the following businesses: beverage business in Congo through a joint venture with Heineken and production of plastic products, new distribution equipment activities and elevator activities. CFAO Ghana was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
