Marvin Zelen was the founder of Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, Inc. founded in 1975 where he held the title of President until 2014.
He was also a former Chairman-Biostatistics Department at Harvard T.H.
Chan School of Public Health from 1980 to 1990, Director at Cytel, Inc., Director-Biostatistical Science at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Inc. from 1977 to 1998, and Professor-Statistical Science at Harvard University from 1977 to 2014.
Additionally, he was a Principal at National Cancer Institute from 1963 to 1967.
Dr. Zelen earned his doctorate degree from American University in 1957, his undergraduate degree from New York University in 1949, and his graduate degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1951.
