McMonigle is Vice President at RockBridge Capital LLC.
Prior to joining RockBridge, Mr. McMonigle was a principal with Finnell Consulting, Inc., a boutique hospitality advisory firm.
At Finnell Consulting, he managed market studies, operational reviews, asset appraisals, and impact studies for clients covering a full range of service levels and stages of stabilization.
Prior to joining Finnell Consulting he was a manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Real Estate Consulting Group where he focused on the hospitality industry.
At Deloitte & Touche, he advised major domestic and international investors, investment banks, and hotel management and franchising companies on a number of domestic and international hotel transactions.
Before joining Deloitte & Touche, he worked for other respected industry firms including Holiday Inn Worldwide PLC, Kenneth Leventhal & Company, and HVS International, Inc. Mr. McMonigle received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business.
