Profile

Prior to joining PCV, Mr. November served as a management consultant for CSC Index, where he focused on implementing operations and technology changes in Fortune 500 corporations.
Subsequent to that, he served as Associate Director of the AmeriCorps program at Summerbridge National (now The Breakthrough Collaborative), a role in which he was responsible for school-year program development and federal grant management nationally.
He also spent a year in the City Year service corps in Boston.
During his graduate studies, he served as a member of the program team at the Charles Hayden Foundation, and worked in strategic planning at the Internet division of SCORE Learning Corporation.
His education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Public Administration from the John F.
Kennedy School of Government.
