Mr. Lukowski was also employed by the accounting firm of Pannell Kerr Forster in the real estate appraisal department.
He is a graduate of DePaul University, where he earned a BS in Finance in 1988 and an MBA in 1992.
He served as Chairperson of the Performance Measurement Committee of NCREIF in 1996 and has been a member since 1989.
In 2005, he also served as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association.
