Sheets Smith Wealth Management (SSWM) is an independent registered investment advisor headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The firm was founded by John R. Sheets and William (Bill) Smith in 1982 as Sheets, Smith & Associates, Inc. SSWM provides wealth management, financial planning, investment counsel and sophisticated strategies specifically developed for high-net-worth individuals and their families as well as for retirement plans and foundations.

Founded in 1931, C.S. McKee LP is an employee-owned registered investment advisor located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Purchased from Carl S. McKee in 1966, the firm eventually restructured its operations by becoming a registered investment advisor in 1972 in order to focus solely on investment management. In 1987, McKee became a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Asset Management Corpo. Employees repurchased the firm in 2001. McKee manages pension funds, profit-sharing plans, reserve funds, endowments and other financial assets for public sector, unions, corporations, foundations, hospitals, schools, religious organizations and other institutions. McKee is the sole investment advisor to the McKee International Equity Fund, which primarily invests in equity securities of non-U.S. issuers. The fund is one of a series of shares that comprise the Advisor Inner Circle Funds. The Advisor Inner Circle Funds is administered by SEI Investments Global Funds Services and distributed by SEI Investments Distribution Co. The firm provides model portfolio recommendations to various UMA accounts. McKee is also the sub-advisor for a number of investment companies, collective trusts and brokerage units.
